Who Am I:
I consider myself first and foremost a coach, defined as a passionate, dedicated professional who helps teams and individuals unlock their potential and maximize performance. I assist by removing the barriers holding them back and ultimately support them in becoming the best versions of themselves. This is my life's work.
Second, I am a manager of Organizational Learning Development with 20+ years of experience leading design and implementation of workplace solutions for companies with over $7 billion in yearly revenue. I have a track record of achieving substantial increases in operational efficiency, generating a 300% increase in retention of high performing staff and an annual revenue increase of nearly 75% during my tenure. Over my career, I’ve developed systems and processes which impacted over 200,000 employees globally.
As a team, we’ve been responsible for designing, developing, delivering and tracking both instructor-led and rapid e-learning training programs in all areas of branch, regional, divisional and corporate operations. Our goal is to assist internal & external clients to achieve operational efficiencies through innovative and customized training solutions. We strive to deliver optimized training programs that bring out the best in employees. Additionally, our group works to help round out best practices in team and personal development for each of our client groups.
